Not Again....?

Either i am super complain-er or i am really in bad luck when it come to working boss....i do not know was is me or my work, so you can see that the label is under Work & Just Me.. heheheheh..

1st boss: Mr. Nice guy, give me alot of space for me to learn and do my things (when things are not burning his ass). Appreciate my hard work and a Christian. Sometimes he is too nice that all outstanding stuff left by others he will push to the weaker person (me) and when fire is burning his ass, he will pester you like nobody's business (as mention only on weaker person). Normally he will try to voice out your concern and try to help you but normally when others are louder, he will be at the loosing end.

2nd boss: I don't work directly under him because i have a so call mentor. This mentor is having trouble with many of his subordinate in history even up till now. Anyway, he manage to polute my boss and makes other think that i am too lazy to attend meeting. Someone out there pls judge for me, is a deadline more important or a four-hours-non-related-info-sharing meeting more important? I really do not know how they set the priorities. Worst of all this boss is afraid to voice out anything, therefore don't expect him to back you up when you are in trouble. Yes, i notice i didn't say anything good about him, this is because i do not see any positive things about him at all. Even technical stuff..maybe as mention above i don't work closely with him.

3rd boss: Never care whatever you are doing. Don't even bother, but when there is issues he will jump out of nowhere into your discussion give ample-many-too much ideas and divert everyone's direction and jump out. Partly also he never cares of the issues and do not know the history of it. Of course never comes in again unless he wanted to create additional non value added ideas. Treat you (especially ladies) as secretary and office girl. Do his packing and collect his stuff from logistic almost everyday. He always ask you to do many many reports but never reads it. However he has his good side. Besides being "ok" looking and super gentleman, he is also very caring person. I work with him around 1 year and he was posted to overseas.

4th boss: Oh.. great! He talks alot and his best part is people management. He get along with almost anyone (especially the mat salleh). Never offend ppl because he will back off. Do not involve himself in the office politics so this makes ppl under him difficult to proceed anything. When whatever you are doing need to involve politics, he will "advice" you "Don't send the mail, don't create political issue." So end up, you have to eat the death cat and swallow it almost immediately. Either that he will tell you, "Don't include the management in your escakation" I don't understand, what is the purpose of escalation if you do not involve the management?

5th boss: BEST punya! After all that i had complain above regarding "boss would not stand out for me" i finally being attached to a boss that will encourage you to use his name to escalate anything. You can get it done, he will make sure that you have it by end of the day. even you need the only machine running in the production line converted for you, he can do it. he will make EVERYTHING sounds so important that nobody can reject him. GOOD? This is tooo great.. i am not done. i haven't finish yet. the greatest stories had yet to come.... he will pass over his project (up till now i am still weak) Basically because he had just become boss. He will ask you to copile things and he present while you notice other managers compile themself. Even you have schedule yuor time properly, complete all the reports and plan to go home early, he will come to you and ask for a new format. He just doesn't like it tat way. Nvmd. You change accordingly to his wishes, he can ask you to change again another new format he has just thought off. ALL LAST MINUTES!!!! Sometime within 2 hours you're required to do for him. He notice you cannot cope, you told him and make him realise it and yet he will ask you when you can provide him from A-Z. I wonder he ever listen? 6.30 he told you not to go home yet because he have to finish a discussion and need you to send out the minute. What is so urgent sending out the minutes today? He force 1 guys to work until 2am. How insane can someone be?

6th boss: "Dear Lord, i haven't found my 6th boss but can you pls pls pls give me a good mixture of (1) Fight-back-rights-for-subordinate, (2) Understanding and humanity, (3) Able to provide technical guidance/advice, (4) Appreciated hard work, (5) Not insane, (6) Do not believe in working late, Amen"

*Pls note that i had only work for 1 company for all these years. Just my job scope had been change.
*Pls also note that my bosses had been change for so many times is due to re-organization and changing dept.
