Cameron Highlands

This is the 1st time ever me and hubby went up to Cameron. Our main intention was to attend a friend wedding. This time is the groom side, which is also our friend. (ok la. jacky's friend)

BL was very nice to offer to drive us up from KL to Cameron. So we plan to meet up with the rest of them gang at Bidor to have our breakfast. We should actually leave Selayang at 6.30am on that day to make it on time. Er...due to unforseen cicumstances BL was not able to make it (because he over slept *argh* but it was ok :) ) and we leave Selayang at about 8am and cancel the breakfast appoinment with the rest of the gang. Out breakfast was the seafood noodle, each bowl cosing RM14. So expensive!!! Don't think will be eating there frequently.

We started our journey after the breakfast, so long! and when we reach the hill, the road was all the way long and winding. Really tiring and "sickening" (i really feel wan to vomit, NO i am not preggie) I slept awhile to let my upset tummy forget about the "breakfast". Up Up UP we go..but about 10 min before we reach our destination there was an operation of tree cutting. Unbelievable, we were nearly there but have to wait until the whole operation was over. We waitting about 20-30min. It was arnd 1something we reach and had our early lunch at a malay stall. nice food but ppl were abit wierd and rude.

We check into our "apartment". CF, BL and VC was with us. We laze arnd and cancel all our plan to visit the tea Boh plantation. We decided we shall only go the next day. Hehehe.... nothing to do, some watch tv the rest played PSP. Then arnd 5pm we get ready for the dinner that start at 6pm. The dinner started on time and finish on time at 8pm! Imagine in KL we haven't even started our dinner yet! Anyway BL wasn't feeling quite ok after the dinner and CF still having some flu. So we just watch tv and spend our cold nite in the apartment. Whole nite poor BL was vomiting and doing "business". Must be the food we ate during our lunch.

Next morning, BL was feeling better and we proceed with our tea Boh plantation. Quickly we snap picture and *vroom* back to Cameron town to the market to buy some fresh vege. The bride and groom had prepare an English Tea party arnd 12.30 and I didn't think they were that serious! With hats and feather deco on their head. It is really OMG! obviously we were "under dress" so we hide at a corner in the house. The weather was abit cooling after the rain and to sit outside for this garden tea party would be perfect. However mother nature was not very supportive as the rain started again and quite heavy this time. After the lunch followed by the famous scones and tea we headed straight back home to KL. Reaching Selayang was around 6pm. Great journey.... but still has to come to an end.....

Lastly Wishing Samantha and Joshua a very happy Marriage and happily ever after and after and after......
